Version 0.3.0 includes 9 complete skill procedures. Full canonical methods and launchers; optional provider skills and recipient-owned runtimes are separate dependencies.

License scope: AGPL-3.0-only AND CC-BY-SA-4.0; retained upstream licenses as scoped in LICENSE-SCOPE.json. Read the packaged notices and provenance before reuse.

Install with codex plugin add creative-writing-studio@working-tools after adding JonathanKHobson/working-tools-plugins, or the documented Claude Code marketplace path. Installation and tested compatibility.
