Connect it
Install the requirements in a Python 3.10 or newer environment and set DESIGN_LIBRARY_PYTHON if needed. Point DESIGN_LIBRARY_CATALOG and DESIGN_TEMPLATES_DATA_ROOT at your collection, or at the synthetic sample.

Know the limits
The default catalog is empty and installing grants no private collection access. A selected source is a handoff, not a deployed Site or completed Office export.
