How it fits
Version 0.3.1 restores the Codex prompt-submit hook and keeps the Claude registration. Once your host activates and trusts it, it runs a read-only check on each submitted prompt.

It makes no backend calls, never changes your prompt and stores no prompt data. Local checks cover its logic, not native hook firing.
