Workshop Facilitation Toolkit
A workshop needs to leave the group with something useful. Workshop Facilitation Toolkit helps you design an agenda, respond in the room, record decisions and carry the result into follow-through.

Plan for what the group should leave with.
What can you do with it?
- 01
Design a session that produces something
Get a timed run sheet with words to say, activities, materials and fallbacks for each segment.
- 02
Get help while the room is waiting
Receive one speakable move for time pressure, confusion, conflict or low energy, in about a hundred words.
- 03
Turn the session into evidence and action
Synthesize boards and notes faithfully, record decisions and dissent, and plan the follow-through.
Start with one session.
Describe the group, time, meeting format and what people should leave with. Ask Workshop Design for a full agenda, or request live help or synthesis directly.

The workflows need only your AI app and the material you supply. An optional agenda checker uses Python 3.10 or newer. Live boards and other tools need your own accounts. Check the requirements.

Automatic guidance: hooks
Version 0.1.3 registers no automatic hooks. You can use the included skills by asking your assistant for the task you want to complete.
Optional connection
This toolkit registers no MCP server and bundles no activity catalog. Its included method summaries work on their own. The optional File-O-Fun archive isn't distributed, so it needs a source or configuration you authorize, and a separately configured catalog can add source lookup.
Learn to prompt with care
Build your prompting basics before asking an assistant to help prepare a session. This beginner course teaches prompting and draft revision through a social-media project.
